According to the FAA NTSB records this is/was a Beech B23-19 which had an accident on 8/10/1972 in Swanton, OH. A musketeer which is a model that I learned to fly in back in the early 80's. Fortunately it was a non-fatal accident, but there is no explanation of the incident.
